■ Introduction
유럽형 건축자재용 시험방법으로서 열방출률(FIGRA), 연기발생률(SMOGRA), 산소소비량, 일산화 및, 이산화 탄소의 생성량, 질량감소율 등을 측정하는 장비.

KOFATE 에서 제공하는 SBI 2006의 Single Burning Items 시험 방법은 건축 자재용 제품이 Single Burning Items 로부터의 열공격(프로판 연료의 sand-box 버너)에 노출되었을 때, 건축자재용 제품(바닥재 제외)이 화재에 대한 반응습성을 측정하기 위한 시험 방법입니다.
시편은 배출시스템 바로 아래의 프레임에 위치되어 있는 이동수레(trolly)에 탑재됩니다. 버너에 대한 시편의 반응이 기계적 및 시각적으로 모니터 됩니다. 기계상에서 열방출률(Heat Release Rate)과 스모크발생률(Smoke Release Rate)이 계산되고, 시각적 관찰에 의해 물리적인 특성들을 평가합니다. 본 SBI 2006의 측정범위는 실물화재실험에서 발생되는 연소생성물의 산소 소비량에 의한 열방출률( Fire Growth Rate Index, FIGRA ) 측정이 가장 대표적인 측정요소이며, 이밖에 산소소비량, 일산화탄소 및 이산화탄소 생성량, 연기발생률 (Smoke Growth Rate Index, SMOGRA ) 측정 등이 대표적인 측정요소입니다
