| ■ Introduction |
일정한 두께의 시험 시편이 Chamber 내에서 열원의 조건 또는 불의 조건에 노출되었을 때 시편에서 발생된 연기의 광학적 밀도를 측정하는 장비
국제 규격을 정확히 만족하며, ASTM E 662에 의한 기본적인 시험 방법의 정의는 일정한 두께의 시편이 Chamber내에서 열원의 조건 (2.5W/c㎡, 25㎾/㎡) 또는 불의 조건에 노출되었을 때 시편에서 발생된 연기의 광학적 밀도 및 유독성 가스를 측정하는 장비입니다.
또 ISO 5659 conical radiant heat furnace 로 변경시 열원 조건을 10 ㎾/㎡~ 50㎾/㎡ 변경 가능하며, 통상 사용자에 의해 70kW/㎡ 까지 사용 가능하고 시험시편 방향을 수평으로 전환 가능합니다.
또한 NES 711 에 따르는 시험 방법은 ASTM E 662 와 다르게, 한 시험조건 안에 Non Flaming test 와 Flaming Test가 같이 존재합니다는 점이 다르다. 현재 이 시험방법은 국내의 철도차량 내장재, 저전력 난연 케이블, 인테리어 필름 등에 사용되고 있으며, 추후 적용 제품은 계속적으로 증가하는 추세입니다. |
